FALCON, ABOVE TIME
From height, edge, and suspended motion, Falcon takes shape — where time is no longer chased in a straight line, but held aloft in tension, clarity, and mechanical presence.

In 2021, CIGA Design’s Blue Planet watch emerged from 208 exceptional entries at the Grand Prix d’Horlogerie de Genève (GPHG), earning recognition on one of watchmaking’s most prestigious stages.
Known as the “Oscars of Watchmaking,” GPHG celebrates creativity, craftsmanship, and innovation from around the world.
From Earth’s blue oceans to the depths of cosmic darkness, CIGA Design continues its exploration beyond conventional timekeeping.
OPEN INTO TENSION
Falcon begins in a state of held motion — where time feels less fixed than suspended, less hidden than revealed.
Its back-to-front skeleton design opens the watch in full, clearing the dial so gears, bridges, and motion remain visible from every angle.
Rather than decorating time, Falcon lets structure itself create the sense of lift, edge, and presence.
That transparency defines Falcon most clearly. Built as a broad open-worked field, the design keeps visible distance around the movement and gives the watch a sharper, more exposed character.
It is this full mechanical view that makes Falcon feel not only rare in form, but charged with tension — a round skeleton automatic shaped to stay alert in every glance.
A CLEAR CORE, SUSPENDED
At the center of Falcon is the self-developed CD-02, conceived as both movement and visible structure.
Held in place by a transparent support, it remains fixed within the case while preserving open space around it, creating a floating impression that feels light, exposed, and mechanically charged.
Rather than disappearing beneath the surface, the movement becomes part of Falcon’s entire visual field.
That sense of suspension continues in the details.
The circular base plate carries gear-like teeth and polished markers, turning the movement itself into part of the watch’s minute-and-second language.
Micro-sandblasted surfaces soften the plate and bridges, while chamfered edges catch the light to build a rhythm of depth, texture, and precision.
In Falcon, the movement is not simply housed within the watch — it is what gives the watch its tension.
AROUND FORM, RECUT
Falcon reshapes minimalism through a rare round architecture, where clarity is cut into a sharper stance.
The 316L steel case combines a lean profile with bold open-worked lugs and balanced crown guards, giving the watch a silhouette that feels precise, uncommon, and immediately defined.
Most surfaces are finished in micro-sandblasting, allowing the structure to stay calm while the form itself carries the tension.
Polished accents and chamfered details sharpen the outer lines with light, while vertical satin grain reinforces the profile of the lugs and guards.
A raised anti-reflective crystal draws the eye inward, and the slim case keeps the watch tactile, light, and alert on the wrist.
Together, these details give Falcon a form that feels clean in concept, but dimensional in presence.
