Bingwu Horse · Golden Spirit in Motion

Inspired by the fearless spirit of legendary Chinese warhorses, the Bingwu Horse strap embodies courage, ambition and the determination to break through boundaries.
Drawing inspiration from the heroic imagery of ancient Chinese literature and the dynamic brushwork of Xu Beihong's celebrated galloping horses, JEAYOU transforms the character and strength of the horse into a distinctive wristwear design. Its signature strap tail takes the form of a traditional Tang Dynasty horizontal saber, while decorative leather loops featuring pine or ingot motifs bring auspicious wishes of ease and prosperity.
Crafted from two distinctive vegetable-tanned leathers, Harley leather and Badalassi Pueblo leather, each version offers its own tactile character and develops a unique patina through wear. More than a watch strap, it is a statement of resilience, individuality and the enduring spirit of moving forward.

Drawing on the heroic spirit of Xin Qiji's famous verse, "Golden spears and iron steeds, sweeping like tigers across ten thousand miles," the design embodies courage, determination and the strength to overcome life's challenges.

Inspired by Xu Beihong's iconic Galloping Horse paintings, the design captures the horse's explosive movement and powerful silhouette. The essence of the Chinese character for "horse" is also distilled into an original graphic motif, blending traditional calligraphy with contemporary aesthetics.

The strap tail takes inspiration from the bold silhouette of a Tang Dynasty horizontal saber, echoing the warrior spirit behind its name. Decorative leather loops feature either pine or gold ingot motifs, symbolizing wishes for a relaxed life and prosperity.

Available in two vegetable-tanned leathers, the rugged Harley leather and the suede-like Badalassi Pueblo leather offer contrasting textures and character. Both develop a natural patina over time, making each strap increasingly personal with wear.
