In 2021, CIGA Design’s Blue Planet watch emerged from 208 exceptional entries at the Grand Prix d’Horlogerie de Genève (GPHG), earning recognition on one of watchmaking’s most prestigious stages.
Known as the “Oscars of Watchmaking,” GPHG celebrates creativity, craftsmanship, and innovation from around the world.

THE HUNT OPENED FURTHER
Hunter Tourbillon opens the 2026 expansion of Hunter with a sharper statement: the hunt no longer moves outward, but inward — toward what remains after excess falls away.
Its skeleton architecture opens the watch front to back, turning the dial into a field of structure and intent. Rather than keeping the tourbillon distant, it brings bridges, barrels, hands, and the turning cage into one continuous view.
This openness gains force through restraint. Above the tourbillon, six open-worked bridges radiate from twin-barrel centers, cut with blade-like lines and angled ends that build tension without disorder.
Below, a circular opening gives the tourbillon full visual weight, while polished Super-LumiNova® markers keep the display legible, precise, and unmistakably Hunter.
THE HUNT IN HIGHER ORDER
At the heart of Hunter Tourbillon is the self-developed Caliber CD-011, a hand-wound skeleton tourbillon movement built with twin barrels and a 72-hour power reserve. Cut open from both sides, it provides a stronger mechanical foundation while allowing the tourbillon to turn as a visible force of balance, control, and endurance.
Turn the watch over and the movement speaks with greater depth. Without a rotor crossing the view, the back opens fully, letting Caliber CD-011 extend across the case in full relief. Broad brushed surfaces replace the dial side’s matte restraint, while polished chamfers trace bridges, jewel settings, and cutouts with stronger contrast. From composed order to mechanical drama, the reverse side gives the hunt a second reading.
THE HUNT LIT BY THE EDGE
Hunter Tourbillon translates the Hunter silhouette into a leaner, more resolved form. The signature tonneau case no longer simply frames the movement — it joins it. Shaped in Grade 5 titanium, the case brings greater lightness, strength, and lift on the wrist, while the lugless profile keeps the line continuous and the bold openings carry CIGA Design’s skeleton language beyond the dial.
Across the case, broad micro-sandblasted planes create a restrained matte field, while selected chamfers catch light with controlled contrast. The grooved crown continues the rhythm through polished ridges, recessed blasting, and a finely rendered mark. Front and back sapphire crystals complete the form, drawing the movement closer into view and giving the case clarity without excess.
